Bhagvad Gita -Key To Life Management By Shashank Sharma
yatato hy api kaunteya
haranti prasabham manah
The senses are so strong and impetuous, O Arjuna, that they forcibly carry away the mind even of a man of discrimination who is endeavoring to control them
The senses of achievements , taste of success , taste of earning money are so strong that whenever you try to concentrate on your karma they try to disturb you through your internal ego ,
yada samharate cayam
kurmo 'nganiva sarvasah
tasya prajna pratisthita
One who is able to withdraw his senses from sense objects, as the tortoise draws his limbs within the shell, is to be understood as truly situated in knowledge.
We all run for materialistic things , we get jealous if someone achieve something and we didn't , we always worry more about the result and less about doing ., the one who creates a shell of karma ( doing his duty ) around himself and does not get disturbed in thinking about the futures is the one who situate himself in the status of knowledge
tat tat prapya subhasubham
nabhinandati na dvesti
tasya prajna pratisthita
He who is without attachment, who does not rejoice when he obtains good, nor lament when he obtains evil, is firmly fixed in
We all have people in life , some are good and some are bad , at our work place too , a person who does not consider about what people are saying good about him and what people are saying bad bout him , is always fixed in gaining knowledge either by practicing work or by learning ,
sthita-dhir munir ucyate
One who is not disturbed in spite of the threefold miseries, who is not elated when there is happiness, and who is free from attachment, fear and anger, is called a sage of steady mind.
one who s not with the outcome as failure or success , an outcome good or bad or a shortfall , who is not happy because of a beneficial result nor sad on any failure , who does not have the fear of failure and who does not rely on being angry , is a sage for doing his own karma with excellence keeping his mind calm and concentrate

The Blessed Lord said: O Pārtha, when a man gives up all varieties of sense desire which arise from mental concoction, and when his mind finds satisfaction in the self alone, then he is said to be in pure transcendental consciousness.
when one is no disturbed by the virtue of his mind creating a dilemma between success or failure and is satisfied only by doing his karma , he is in consciousness
yada sthasyati niscala

When your mind is no longer disturbed by the flowery language of the Vedas, and when it remains fixed in the trance of self-realization, then you will have attained the Divine consciousness
If you are reading this it means you are not only listening to me but the message that has been transformed from the vedas through gita , and when you understand that you are only to do your karma not to earn or loose anything you realise yourself as a source of doing things called as knowing self , you will attain the divine consciousness when you stop thinking about past , future and results
yada te moha-kalilam

When your intelligence has passed out of the dense forest of delusion, you shall become indifferent to all that has been heard and all that is to be heard.
Once you are able to see far behind the result of failure or success , you will not be affected what people have told you and what people will tell you as you will be busy in doing your own karma

The wise, engaged in devotional service, take refuge in the Lord, and free themselves from the cycle of birth and death by renouncing the fruits of action in the material world. In this way they can attain that state beyond all miseries.
When a person is busy in devotional service and does not think on results or failure , accepting the result as lords entity , being free from material action ( if a boy or girl love some one they should consider the money , each other career , wealth as they are all materialistic things and can rotate from one person to another ) , in this way they can attain the status of stress free life without caring and can free themselves with the cycle of birth ( temporary happiness) and death (temporary sorrow )
tasmad yogaya yujyasva
yogah karmasu kausalam
A man engaged in devotional service rids himself of both good and bad actions even in this life. Therefore strive for yoga, O Arjuna, which is the art of all work.
A warrior has to kill other warrior because he has to , if you have spoken a truth it may be bad for someone else but good for you or vice versa , once who only thinks of devotional service and believe that the result of his actions will not be because of him but by the virtue of krishna , will never felt stressful because of what he did in past good or bad , as long as he is not in desire of any beneficial result ( lobha ) he will continue to do his work efficiently ,
durena hy avaram karma
buddhau saranam anviccha
O Dhanañjaya, rid yourself of all fruitive activities by devotional service, and surrender fully to that consciousness. Those who want to enjoy the fruits of their work are misers
Winning or achieving through hard-work , practice or learning , is because the lord wants you to achieve , if a person earns a lot , if you score good marks in exam , if you performed good at workplace , you should devote it to Krishna (God /allah/Jesus ) as he was the one who made the resources so you can perform good earn more money , misers do not believe in sharing so they enjoy the outcome themselves without thanking krishna , Krishna consciousness is not only in temples , doing our own karma and serving the society is also a mode of thanking him
